Rick Holbrook
Project Superintendent
Rick’s 25+ year tenure with Pfeifer Homes is enhanced by his previous construction experience. Together he brings over 35 years of expertise to each home we build. He applies his knowledge to deliver your quality built home on schedule. He accomplishes his commitment to you by managing subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel. During construction, he performs over 20 inspections of your home to maintain expected levels of productivity and quality. This process insures that he can present you a clean and organized project during your walk through with him at predetermined phases of construction and closing.

Carmajean Pfeifer
Service Manager
Carmajean joined our team in 2013. She brings over 30 years of systems administration, customer service and quality assurance training experience to our team. She specializes in Project Start Up, Project Administration, Systems Administration, and Warranty Administration for us. During construction of your home she works with you on numerous aspects of the project progression. After closing, she implements, organizes and completes our pro-active Warranty Program for you via our online project management system.

Rhonda Sherman
Accountant
Rhonda joined the Pfeifer Homes Team in June 2014. She specializes in all aspects of construction accounting and brings over 15 years of construction experience to our team. She is responsible for all accounting phases for Pfeifer Homes. During construction she will organize, track and keep you updated on your Change Orders. She will also coordinate and manage your closing process.

Clint Holbrook (In Memory of, 1931-2003)

Clint was the senior member of our team with over 55 years of building experience. Clint was an invaluable mentor and teacher for all members of the Pfeifer King family. He will be missed.
